A woman was killed in a collision involving a truck and an SUV on Highway 198 on Tuesday.
The collision occurred at around 10 a.m. in westbound lanes near the interchange with Interstate 5. The SUV, a Chevrolet Tahoe which was leaving a gas station, pulled into the path of a 2014 Peterbilt semi truck.
The passenger in the Tahoe was killed. She has been identified as Brittni Frace, 20.
The driver of the Tahoe, Brynn Frace, was hospitalized with critical injuries. She was the sister of the deceased woman.
The driver of the truck was uninjured. He has been identified as Terry Lee Keeling, 52.
The collision remains under investigation.
