A pedestrian waiting at a bus stop was seriously injured after he became collateral damage in a multi-vehicle collision in San Jose on Wednesday.
The collision occurred at around 4 p.m. at Meridian and Curtner avenues. It began when two vehicles, a 2015 Camaro and a 2003 Infiniti, collided, sending the Infiniti spinning out of control onto the sidewalk where it hit the man.
The man was hospitalized with injuries that are believed to be life-threatening. No identifying information has been released.
The driver of the Infiniti was also hospitalized, although his injuries are not life-threatening. He has been identified only as a male.
The second driver, another male, was uninjured and cooperated with authorities.
