Woman Killed In Apple Valley Car Crash Confirmed As Lisa Aston


The victim of the Apple Valley, California accident, who was killed after crashing into a trailer pulled by a semi-truck on Sunday night has been identified by the police authorities. The vehicle driver’s identity was revealed as Lisa Aston, a 41-year-old woman from Barstow, in San Bernardino County, California.

The accident occurred at about 8 pm on Sunday, March 1. The Apple Valley police department was contacted shortly after, responding to the fatality alongside emergency personnel from the town’s Fire Protection District.

As reported by the city’s officers, the incident took place between Dale Evans Parkway and Johnson Road in the San Bernardino County town.

The deceased was driving northbound in a 2005 silver Ford Focus on Dale Evans Parkway, approaching the adjoining Johnson road.

The other vehicle involved in the crash, a semi-truck was heading west on Johnson road in an attempt to cross the intersection of the parkway.

According to the town’s deputies, the motorist driving the Ford Focus jumped the stop sign at the intersection, leading her to collide with the trailer being pulled by the truck. She was declared dead on the spot shortly after the police arrived.

Officers of the Californian town are currently investigating the two-vehicle collision while imploring witnesses of the incident to come fort with helpful information.
