Motorist Arrested for Willful Murder of Reo Moore Via Multiple Vehicle Hits in Hesperia

A confrontation between two men in the early hours of Wednesday led to the death of one of them, in the Hesperia area of California. A top accident lawyer may be called in to ensure that the alleged murderer, who was arrested on Wednesday, April 1, receives the full impact of the law.

The car-crash murder took place at about 6:54 am in the parking lot of the 16500 block of Muscatel Street, according to police reports.

Officers were dispatched to the scene just before 7 am upon reports of a man being hit multiple times by a motorist in a minivan.

When they arrived, the responding deputies found the victim, later identified as 57-year-old Reo Moore, lying unconscious in the parking lot. Moore was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was confirmed dead.

Further investigations into the incident revealed that the minivan driven by the suspect was stolen from his brother following an argument before the confrontation with Reo Moore.

He then drove the van to the victim’s apartment on the 16500 block where the two men got into a physical fight until the 57-year-old escaped to the parking area.

However, the culprit, who was later identified as Terrance Bright, went after the man, got into the stolen vehicle, and ran him over severally until he became unresponsive. He fled the scene afterward before law enforcement arrived.

Bright was eventually intercepted on Interstate 5 Freeway, near Roy Rogers Drive, following reports of a carjacker at a gas station on Main Street fitting his description.

He is being held without bail, at the West Valley Detention Center, on one count of murder.

Given that most murder cases involving unclear circumstances are often complicated, a top accident lawyer may be needed to ensure justice is served.
