Fatal Motorcycle Crash Victim in Anza Identified as John Anthony Jardin

The expertise of a motorcycle attorney may be employed in solving a tragic motorcycle crash that claimed a man’s life last weekend in Anza, California. The Riverside County Coroner’s Office, on Tuesday, May 19, publicly announced the deceased identity as John Anthony Jardin, a 63-year-old man from SunCity, Arizona.

California Highway Patrol officers responded to the crash just after 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 16. It happened on an unanimated dirt trail located a few miles west of the Cooper Cienega Truck Trail.

Investigators gathered that the fatal victim was traveling in a motorbike, alongside a group of friends. For reasons yet to be determined, the motorcycle lost control and flipped over, forcefully ejecting the rider in the process.

First responders arrived at the crash site a short while later and pronounced Anthony Jardin dead, from fatal injuries sustained in the crash.

Patrol officers requested a helicopter to transport the fatal victim’s remains to French Valley Airport, Murrietta. They opted for air transport as a result of the irregular terrain. Riverside County Coroner Officials met the rescue team at the airport and retrieved the body for further investigations and identification.

The accident reports failed to ascertain whether the victim was under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of the accident, or if he was wearing a helmet.

The incident remains under investigation.

A motorcycle attorney can conduct an independent investigation to ascertain exactly how the crash happened and if foul play was involved.
