Police Chase Ends in Rivaldo Miranda’s Arrest in Canton

A police chase that started in Brockton, Massachusetts, ended with the capture of a 20-year-old man, Rivaldo Miranda, in Canton. The incident occurred on Sunday, May 24, and after its climax, the suspect will need a car accident lawyer following the charges against him.

According to the Brockton Police, detectives were patrolling the area of Warren Avenue, when they sighted a man driving a gray Honda Civic. The driver of the vehicle was committing a marked lanes violation, prompting the officers to signify that they were pulling him over.

However, the suspect failed to stop and accelerated, committing several other moving violations as he did. The man fled Brockton and reached Canton, where he crashed his vehicle while attempting to turn on Larkin Court from Washington Street. After the crash, the police in Canton captured him and alerted the Brockton Police.

Officers from Brockton arrived and arrested the suspect, who they identified as Miranda, from Dorchester. The police leveled multiple charges against him, including driving without a license, disorderly conduct, and disturbing the peace. The other charges against him include marked lanes violation and speeding.

Drivers must avoid breaking traffic rules and regulations, and even when they do so, they must respect authorities by pulling over when asked to do so. When drivers go against the orders of a traffic officer, they risk facing charges.

If a driver commits a traffic offense that leads to a crash, such a driver should not flee the scene, but wait for the police. The driver must also acquire a car accident lawyer’s service to help with the case.
