Auto-motorcycle collisions are not uncommon in California, with over 800 000 registered motorcycle riders in the state. When a bike and a car collide, the driver of the latter often goes unscathed while the operator of the latter gets ejected from the two-wheeled drive and sustains severe wounds when he or she lands on the roadway.

Common injuries associated with this type of accident include traumatic brain injuries (TBI) like intracranial bleeding, concussion, or a fractured skull and broken bones. Others are organ damage, internal bleeding, road rash, fractures, or lacerations. A motorcycle rider can avoid the preceding by riding carefully and obeying the road’s rules.
