Kenneth Fischer Arrested after Crash in Red Bluff Killed One Person

There may be a need for a drunk driving attorney after a 26-year-old man, Kenneth Fischer, was arrested on Tuesday, June 2. The suspect’s arrest came following a crash on State Route 36E, Red Bluff, Tehama County, California, at about 2:40 am.

The California Highway Patrol, in a release, said that Fischer, of Reno, Nevada, was on the wheels of a 2000 Ford Ranger. He was heading west on Route 36E, east of Stice Road, when the truck veered off the roadway, towards the north.

Fischer then attempted to re-enter the road but lost control of the vehicle. This caused the truck to spin before it crossed the highway, striking an embankment and overturning.

With Fischer in the truck was a man, aged 40, from Perkins, Illinois, whose identity is yet unreleased by authorities. The man was ejected from the vehicle during the crash and suffered fatal injuries.

The accident release also stated that Fischer showed symptoms of driving while under the influence. Authorities arrested him, after which they released him to St. Elizabeth Community Hospital, where he received treatment.

Following the crash, authorities shut down the road for a short time to clear the road of the debris. The closure had little effect on traffic, with the roadway opened within a short time.

Drivers must avoid driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. These substances can cause motorists to lose control of themselves and also affect their driving.

Victims of DUIs and DWIs or drivers charged with it must solicit for a drunk driving attorney for compensation or representation, as the case may be.
