Attempted Suicide Leads To Injuries In Los Angeles


An accident in Los Angeles appears to have been caused by suicide, in an event caused by the attempted suicide of a 35-year-old woman on a local Los Angeles freeway. The woman’s efforts to kill herself involved jumping into the bus lane of a freeway.

The 7:27 evening accident occurred on northbound Harbor Freeway near eastbound Glen Anderson, authorities said. She was hit, but her suicide was halted as she still survived, according to reports from California Highway Patrol. The failed efforts of this attempted suicide did cause injuries, however, leaving the woman with traumatic injuries though she remains alive. The woman has been hospitalized with the injuries from her attempted suicide.
