25-year-old Rosalio Galindo would need a top accident lawyer’s service following his arrest during the weekend. On Saturday afternoon, June 27th, the man fled the scene of an accident that killed Jesus Gonzalez, 25, in Fresno County, California.

Facts from the accident report showed that the events that led to the man’s arrest began just after 4 p.m. on N. Friant near Old Friant Road. According to the California Highway Patrol, Gonzalez traveled in an undisclosed vehicle model on the northbound lane of the roadway.

He lost control of his car for unknown reasons and crossed into the southbound traffic lane. Gonzalez’s vehicle flipped over, ejecting him in the process. He died at the scene, and the medics took two female minors aged 6 and 7, and a 21-year-old male passenger to Community Regional Medical Center for treatment of injuries.

The CHP said that officers were at the accident scene trying to piece together what led to the accident when Galindo approached and informed them he was involved in the crash. The investigators found out the man was at fault and had fled the scene earlier. They placed him under arrest on felony hit-and-run charges.

Galindo was driving without a license, and the officers believe he might have been under the influence of an intoxicant at the time of the crash. They remanded the suspect in Fresno County jail, and there’s currently no update on his bail bond.
