Collisions involving bicyclists and motorcyclists often occur in the state of California. These crashes occur as a result of many factors linked to the riders and other motorists.
Some of these factors include negligence, DUI, speeding, and faulty vehicles. When motorists pay no attention to road traffic rules, it leads to avoidable collisions.
Accident reports also show that drinking under the influence of alcohol or drugs causes fatal crashes. Motorists must also ensure that their vehicles are in good condition before operating them.
