Nancy Graham Faces Negligence Lawsuit for Killing Bashir Albadawi in Valencia Accident

A woman is facing a negligence lawsuit for killing a man earlier this year in a rear-end collision in Valencia, California. The families of Bashir Albadawi, 73, of Frazier Park, on Thursday, May 28th, sued Nancy Graham of Newhall Ranch for the events that led to the man’s death.

Court documents filed at the Los Angeles Superior Court showed that the deceased passed away on January 9th. The accident that claimed his life took place near the Gateway Village shopping center at about 3:30 p.m.

The details of the crash were not available on the document, but it disclosed that the suspect struck the deceased’s vehicle from behind, and sent it down an embankment.  Albadawi died a short time after the fatal collision. The man’s family claims that Graham was negligent and careless, and it led to his death.

The plaintiffs, including the victim’s wife, Majeda, and his children, Samer, Feras, Jessica, and Elinas, are suing the suspect for wrongful death and negligence. The lawsuit did not specify the damages they are asking the court for.

Albadawi, in his lifetime, worked as a store clerk at Gorman Liquor, and one of his customers described him as an amazing man. There is no response yet from Graham, and no information on when the trial would commence.

A person who wishes to prove negligence and wrongful death must establish a breach of duty, causation, and damages. Those involved in negligence lawsuits should contact an attorney to represent their interests.
