A Tuesday, June 16th, car accident report disclosed that a male driver survived a solo crash in the Mariposa County area of California with injuries. The California Highway Patrol identified 40-year-old Will Lord as the survivor.

The preliminary investigation uncovered that the victim was driving a 2001 Honda southbound on Pendola Garden Road north of Old Toll Road when he lost control of the vehicle, for unknown reasons. Lord struck an embankment, and the impact ejected him from the automobile.

The CHP described his wounds as moderate to major, adding that alcohol and drugs do not appear to have factored in the accident. There is currently no additional information, and the investigation remains active.
