The city of Wildomar, California, recorded a drastic fatality on Tuesday, March 10, following a car crash that claimed the life of a local on 15 Freeway. The accident involved an SUV which veered off the Freeway and rolled down an embankment.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the deadly accident took place around 11:15 am on a rainy morning. The victim of the crash was driving south in a 2017 Toyota Highlander along 15 Freeway, north of  Bundy Canyon Road.

The SUV operator maintained a speed limit of 70 mph while driving through the right traffic lane, with the rain pouring heavily. Just as the vehicle approached north of Bundy Canyon Road, it swerved off the Highway and rolled over a dirt embankment.
