Waukegan woman killed in hit-and-run on Dugdale Road on Friday

Waukegan police are looking for help in solving a hit-and-run collision that left a young woman dead early Friday. The woman has been identified as Reven Stevens, aged 23.

Police believe she was walking northbound on Dugdale Road just south of 10th Street when she was struck by a vehicle and thrown 300 feet south of 10th Street, landing on the east side of the roadway, Cmdr. Joe Florip said.
