A drunk driving attorney’s service would help a man who crashed into a parked car on a roadway in the Jurupa Valley area of California while drunk. The Riverside County Sheriff Officials said that Alberto Solis Ochoa, 47, also tried to flee the scene of the Tuesday, May 26th, accident, and they arrested him.
The police booked the suspect into the Robert Presley Jail on suspicion of DUI, hit-and-run resulting in property damage, and evading a peace officer. They set Ochoa’s bail at $100 000, and he remained in custody on Wednesday night, May 27th.
The preliminary accident report disclosed that the man was driving a yellow-colored tractor at the intersection of Clay Street and Van Buren Boulevard. He went through the intersection and struck a car parked at the curb at about 9:45 p.m.
Ochoa attempted to leave the scene after the collision, but the responding officers caught him. They learned from eyewitnesses that the man might have crashed into the stationary vehicle intentionally. But on a closer examination, the investigators found that the driver was under the influence.
The man did not suffer any wound in the accident, and the police did not record any other injury. There is no information on the owner of the parked car, and the investigation remains active. Anyone with additional information should contact the sheriff’s Jurupa Valley station on the listed line.
Anyone involved in a DUI and hit-and-run accident should secure the expertise of a drunk driving attorney to represent his or her interests.
