California Man Saves Girl From Los Angeles Crash Fire


A man in California has taken on the description of a hero after saving a girl from a burning vehicle. The man, McDonald of West Covina, drove down Interstate 10 near Los Angeles when he noticed a flaming vehicle situated on the side of the road. McDonald approached the vehicle as three people, its driver and two others, fled from the accident. When the driver shouted that another person remained in the vehicle, her three year old granddaughter, McDonald ran to the vehicle and came to her rescue. According to California Highway Patrol, both McDonald and the three year old girl were treated for minor burn injuries. California Highway Patrol is in the process of investigating the crash and the resulting fire.
