An Anaheim man, who was reportedly a Disneyland employee, was critically injured when struck by a white sedan while crossing the street.
According to the Orange County Register, the man was crossing South Haster Street, near Katella Ave, when the sedan hit him. Initial reports have not said whether or not the man was in a crosswalk. According to the California Vehicle Code, pedestrians retain the right-of-way whether crossing in a marked or an unmarked crosswalk.
Police have said neither alcohol nor drugs were a factor.
