DUI Crash in Valley Village Leaves Corey La Barrie Dead

Corey La Barrie

A drunk driving attorney’s services may be required following a suspected DUI crash that left Corey La Barrie, 25, dead. The crash occurred on Monday, May 11, at Carpenter Avenue in Valley Village, California.

Reports revealed that Barrie, a YouTuber, was a passenger in a McLaren sports car. Daniel Silva, also known as Ink Master, was driving the vehicle at the time of the crash.

Silva was allegedly intoxicated while driving. This caused him to veer the car off the roadway at 4900-block of Carpenter Avenue, near Huston Street.

First responders arrived at the crash scene and found the McLaren smashed into a stop sign and a tree. They also found the driver and Corey La Barrie seriously injured and rushed them to a hospital, where the YouTuber died.

According to officials, the deceased was celebrating his 25th birthday on the day of the accident. The police revealed that they arrested Silva on suspicion of murder following the fatal DUI crash.

Driving under the influence is hazardous and could lead to accidents and loss of life. Motorists must never drive while intoxicated, as most accidents on the highway involve drunk drivers.

Alcohol or drugs influence drivers to drive at high speeds, or to be mindless of what they are doing. This results in motorists crashing into other vehicles or veering off the roadway. Many times, this results in death.

When one is involved in a DUI, he or she would need the services of a drunk driving attorney to help with the case in court.
