Paradise Two-Vehicle Crash Injures Nathan Tilton and Claims the Life of Roger Sharp

A two-vehicle crash in Paradise, 82 miles from Sacramento, California, sent one man to the hospital on Thursday, March 12th, and left one dead. The police identified the former as Nathan Christopher Tilton, 33, and the latter as Roger Alan Sharp, 56.

The accident, according to the police report, occurred in the area of Clark Road and Old Clark Road. The chain of events leading to the accident began while Tilton was driving south on Old Clark Road.

At the same time, Sharp was driving on the northbound side of the road. For reasons the police have not uncovered, the deceased veered into the south lane and collided head-on with Tilton.

The younger man and his passenger, who remain unidentified sustained minor injuries and were transported by the medics to a nearby hospital. The two are still alive at the time of this report, but the police did not state if they are still in the hospital.

Sharp, on the other hand, sustained severe injuries that ended his life. The medics pronounced him dead, and the police confirmed he died from the trauma caused by his injuries.

The investigation into the accident remains ongoing as the police try to find the reason why Sharp veered off his lane. Accidents occur for a lot of reasons, and sometimes, it is not the fault of those involved.

When the above happens, the cause of the accident can be a defect in the way the vehicle was manufactured. Manufacturer’s defect, when proven leads to a lawsuit against the company that built the car, and victims get compensation, which is often settled out of court.
