Maria A. Ramirez, 67, a Chicago native, died on Monday, February 10th, in a fatal automobile accident. The crash happened in west suburban Cicero, Chicago, Illinois, where she resides.
According to the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office, the accident happened at about 11:43 a.m. in the 3200-block of South Cicero. Ramirez was pronounced dead at 1:14 p.m.
The autopsy result from the medical examiner’s office showed that the deceased died from the injuries she sustained when she wrecked her car. So far, there’s no indication that Ramirez collided with another vehicle.
The Cook County Sheriff’s office is investigating the primary cause of the crash. They have asked those with relevant information to come forward and contact the sheriff’s office.

The NSC also advises drivers to scan the road 12 seconds ahead. Drivers should also avoid tailgates, look backward when backing out, and be courteous to other road users.
