Swimming Accident At California Manhattan Beach

Manhattan Beach in California was the site of an unfortunate accident in which one boy is now reported dead. This past weekend, at what was reported to be a weekend outing, 17-year old boy, Dexter Lima of Torrance, was swimming at the Los Angeles county beach with his cousin when the accident took place. The 17-year old boy suffered injuries, now fatal, after a wave knocked him beneath the water, having rendered him unconscious by the time he was rescued. A police sergeant reported that the boy died in a hospital at 6:15 on Monday.

Unfortunately, accidents are inevitable in life. When these accidents occur, there is often no real culprit – but in some cases, it may be necessary to seek justice by means of litigation. If you have been injured in an accident and need legal advice, you should consult with a lawyer for the help you need.
