On Friday, just before 10pm, 29-year-old Jason Alan Frank, was struck and killed by a freight train heading northbound in San Diego. The tragic incident occurred at a train crossing at Mission Avenue and Cleveland Street. Frank was pronounced dead at the scene.
CAUSE OF THE TRAIN CRASH
