Tragic Motorcycle Accident Leaves One Dead

In a tragic accident on the 405 Freeway on Monday, 27-year-old Aaron Dobine of Orange County was killed near the 73 Freeway when he was thrown from his Harley Davidson motorcycle after hitting a center median. Reports have not concluded the cause of this motorcycle accident and an investigation by the police is pending.

As the police continue their investigation into the causes of this crash, there have been no reasons yet released other than Dobine losing control of his bike and citing speed as a possible cause.

Tragic motorcycle accidents like this one must undergo an intensive investigation to determine the causes. Many factors may have played a role and one must not be quick to blame driver error, speed or other factors without going through all the contributing factors. An independent investigation that is properly conducted with the use of experts and experienced motorcycle accident lawyers would go a long wait into determining the factors in causing this crash.
