Larry Angelo Identified in Fatal Motorcycle Accident on 405 Freeway


86In a tragic motorcycle accident this morning, 68-year-old Larry Angelo was killed on the northbound 405 freeway near the 22 when his motorcycle was truck by a Ford F-150 truck pulling a trailer.

INVESTIGATION INTO MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENT CONTINUES

The California Highway Patrol is currently investigating and has indicated that Angelo was on a 2003 Kawasaki when he was struck by the truck which was also carrying various landscaping tools and equipment. Witnesses say that Angelo was travelling approximately 50 – 55 mph as was the truck. It is unclear what caused the crash at the moment, and a final CHP collision report will take several weeks to complete.

FATAL INJURIES

Larry Angelo was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident from blunt force trauma after being thrown off of his motorcycle and struck by the trailer on the truck. Our thoughts and prayers are with Larry Angelo’s loved ones.
