The overturned vehicle of one Paul Kim was found discovered near the 241 toll road in Anaheim Hills earlier this morning. The man, who was situated in his 2003 Toyota Sienna, was found deceased, apparently the victim of a solo car accident that occurred after the auto plowed through a railing.
The car itself was located at the bottom of an embankment next to the 241 toll road at the Windy Ridge Wildlife Underpass. Apparently Kim has been traveling northbound on the toll road when it veered off the path for reasons unknown. It then collided with a guardrail, toppling downward into the embankment. It is estimated that the car accident occurred around 8:45 a.m this morning, but was not reported until 11 a.m.
The circumstances surrounding this tragedy are unknown, however, they could be attributed to faulty automotive parts like brakes or steering columns. If this is the case, surviving families could file a wrongful death lawsuit related to product liability.
