Car Strikes 2 Pedestrians and another Vehicle in South L.A. Crash

Six people were injured Tuesday when a vehicle struck two pedestrians and another car in LA. The auto accident occurred shortly after 7 a.m. when a 40-something male driver lost control of his car and  leaped onto a sidewalk, hitting a woman and a man.  The car then collided with another vehicle that contained two adults and a young girl thought to be around-six-years-old.

Paramedics were called to the 200 block of West Jefferson Blvd., and found most of the victims injured. Three of them were hospitalized in critical condition. Although an investigation is ongoing, it would appear that the driver lost control due to a medical condition.

In a case like this, with multiple victims and injuries, just who will receive compensation and why can remain a mystery until all information is disclosed.  It takes the seasoned eye of a legal professional, like a car accident attorney<, to sort through the tangled evidence and arrive at a solid conclusion. If you or someone you know has been involved in an accident of this nature, you may need to consult with a personal injury lawyer who understands the complexity of personal injury litigation. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to call them for a free case evaluation, so you can learn what you need to do to get the compensation you deserve for your injuries.
