A Woodburn, Oregon woman, Laura Julio, age 50, lost her life in a southern California rollover accident on Interstate 5 in the early morning hours of Thursday, March 19, 2015, when the Chevy Suburban in which she was traveling rolled over.
ONE DEAD, SEVERAL INJURED
In addition to the death, nine passengers in the wrecked Suburban suffered personal injuries in the accident, powerless to escape as the big SUV rolled.
IS A BLOWN TIRE REALLY TO BLAME?
This fatal, one-vehicle wreck was investigated by the California Highway Patrol and the Fresno County Coroner’s office. The Suburban apparently overturned when one of the back tires blew out.
No information was available as to whether the blown tire had been recently replaced or repaired by anyone, whether other mechanical failure lent to the severity of the killer wreck, or whether any other factor was involved as a cause of this automobile accident.
INVESTIGATING THE TRUTH
Often, questions like these go unanswered, unless those who have lost a loved one or who have suffered injury in a motor vehicle wreck seek competent legal help from an experienced attorney. Officials may investigate an accident only until they find a cause sufficient to complete their reports. Veteran attorneys who handle wrongful death accident and personal injury accident cases know that independent investigation is crucial in determining the true cause and true responsibility for fatal, hurtful car crashes.
