In a horrific incident this morning, seven people were killed when a semi-truck travelling westbound on the I-10 freeway drifted over the center median and collided head-on with a minivan that was travelling east. The two passengers in the truck (husband and wife) survived. The collision was so catastrophic that the van and the truck’s cab burst into flames. The scene was about 50 miles from Phoenix.

All passengers in the minivan are believed to be dead and authorities have not released any names yet. There is a major ongoing investigation and we are going to follow this story as it develops.
