According to the details shared by the Marseilles Police Department, the incident took place in the 300 block of the Broadway Street. Hrouda was traveling eastbound on the road when he apparently lost control of his vehicle. The vehicle then crashed into a house.
Hrouda sustained serious injuries in the crash. Once the first responders and paramedics arrived on the scene of the crash, Hrouda was first rushed to the St. Elizabeth Hospital. After receiving preliminary treatment at the hospital, he was then airlifted to the St. Anthony’s Hospital in Rockford.
