Several Injuries After Freeway 110 Accident In Los Angeles


Several injuries have been reported following a two-vehicle crash in Los Angeles that shut down lanes of northbound freeway 110, at a location south of Santa Monica Friday morning. The car accident that transpired early yesterday involved a minivan and SUV, and may have consisted of a fuel spill during the course of the car accident as well. A crew was required to spread sand across the freeway, closing lanes of northbound freeway 110 for around 15 minutes, according to California Highway Patrol.

The total amount of injuries in the car accident is still unknown, but victims of injuries were taken to California Hospital in Los Angeles, said Los Angeles fire officials. The status of their injuries has yet to be reported.
