Pedestrian Accidents are generally not caused by the pedestrian themselves. While many automobile drivers use extreme caution and obey traffic laws, there are instances where drivers do not pay the proper attention or are distracted. The intersection which this accident took place is a large four-way intersection with many turning lanes and signals.

While details of this crosswalk and pedestrian accident are not yet disclosed, a complete investigation must be taken to determine the factors and causes of this tragic crash. The crash occurred just after 5:30am.

If you have been seriously injured in a crosswalk accident or you have lost a loved one due to a pedestrian accident, you must speak with a personal injury lawyer who is experienced in handling pedestrian accident cases. You have legal rights which must be protected. Don’t let the insurance company take advantage of you.
