A single-vehicle crash in Grundy County, Illinois, killed 66-year-old William Klegman on Thursday, June 25th. The accident occured on Pine Bluff Road, and the car accident report disclosed that the victim veered off the roadway.

According to the press release by the Grundy County Coroner’s Office, Klegman was eastbound on the roadway when he entered the ditch east of Illinois Route 47. The preliminary investigation uncovered that the victim was traveling at slow speed, and might have suffered from a medical condition.

Responding paramedics transported Klegman to Morris Hospital, where he passed away at about 8:44 p.m. There is currently no additional information.
