Valentino Carlos Lose His Life in Las Vegas Traffic Accident

The updated car accident report released by the Clark County Coroner’s Office disclosed the name of the man who died in a traffic accident in southwest Las Vegas, Nevada. On Wednesday, July 1st, the coroner identified the victim as Valentino Adina Carlos, 35.

The man passed away from blunt force injuries, and the coroner’s office ruled his death an accident. Carlos died on Wednesday, June 24th, after his 2005 Honda S2000 convertible collided with another vehicle around 12:30 a.m. at the intersection of South Durango Drive and West Patrick Lane.

The victim’s car veered into the middle lane for unknown reasons, striking a 2012 Volkswagen Jetta. The collision’s impact caused the two vehicles to hit a wall, and Carlos sustained fatal wounds. The occupants of the Jetta, the 18-year-old teenage male driver, and his 17-year-old female passenger suffered injuries.

The accident is the 45th traffic-related fatality the Metropolitan Police Department has recorded in their jurisdiction this year. There is no additional information.

Motor vehicle collisions happen due to the negligence of drivers and sometimes, due to intervening circumstances beyond a person’s control. Motorists can mitigate these factors by ensuring that they put their safety, their passengers, and other road users above everything else.

The first step in achieving this is obeying traffic rules and regulations like driving within the speed limit, driving without any form of impairment, and maintaining one’s travel lane. Avoid distractions while on the road, and seek alternative means of transportation if compromised in any way.
