Long Beach Woman is Killed Riding Motorcycle on 10 Freeway – Struck by Large Tractor Trailer Truck


Yesterday, a woman riding a Harley Davidson died on the San Bernardino 10 Freeway when she was struck by a large tractor trailer truck.

Sharon Woodcock, 51, from Long Beach, was riding eastbound on the 10 Freeway near the northbound 215 interchange when she was struck by the tractor- trailer. Police and Paramedics arrived on the scene and Woodcock was pronounced her dead at the scene.

While the cause of this motorcycle accident has not yet been determined, the CHP investigation is still ongoing. Fatal motorcycle accidents require fast action and a thorough and complete investigation into the causes and other factors that contributed to such a tragic loss.
