Bicycle Accidents Involving Children

Because bicycles are the primary form of transportation for many young people, accidents involving youth on their bikes is not uncommon. Unfortunately, the nature of bicycles leaves riders unprotected and vulnerable to injury when an accident does occur.

With major head trauma accidents, the possibility of a brain injury that has a lifetime of negative effects is very real. An attorney with experience in evaluating future costs can help secure the finances needed to tend to the increased needs of a TBI victim.
