At the intersection of the Fairfield Avenue and the Lake Michigan Drive, Williams’ Impala somehow drifted into the center lane and then came into a head-on collision with another vehicle in the oncoming lane.

The other vehicle involved in the head-on collision was a GMC Acadia. A 60-year-old woman from Grand Rapids was driving the vehicle at the time.
