Natalie Marxer Duval Arrested in Connection with 2019 Accident

A woman has been taken into police custody in relation to a November 2019 crash, according to online accident reports from Texas.

San Antonio police say 39-year-old Natalie Marxer Duval, ran over a motorcyclist and fled the scene after dragging him into a parking lot.

Police charged her with failure to stop and render aid and they booked her into the Bexar County Jail on Tuesday.

The authorities said Duval ran over an unnamed 19-year-old motorcyclist in the 11400 block of West Avenue on November 15, 2019.

Prior to that, the motorcyclist had reportedly rear-ended a Lexus SUV. He was thrown from the bike into the path of the Volkswagen that Duval was driving.

Police said Duval ran over the teenager and then dragged him for about 100 yards before driving into a parking lot.

Officers added that Duval and a passenger then ran away without helping the injured motorcyclist.

The owner of the Volkswagen was in the vehicle when the crash occurred. The person stayed at the scene until police arrived and they identified the driver, according to accident reports.

According to the affidavit, the other passengers who remained at the scene reported that Duval told them she couldn’t stay because there were warrants out for her arrest.

There was no information provided as to why five months passed between the accident and Duval’s arrest.

Furthermore, no details were available about the motorcyclist’s condition either at the time of the crash or at present.

It is not known whether any of the parties involved will seek help from a car accident lawyer.
