Authorities have identified the victim from a crash Wednesday in the Chicago suburb of Stickney as 54 year old Leticia Alonso.

Reports say a semi was attempting to change lanes and struck another vehicle, which then collided with a Toyota Corolla of which Alonso was a passenger. The driver was treated at a nearby hospital for non-life threatening injuries. Drivers of the other vehicles both declined medical attention.

Alonso was taken to nearby MacNeal Hospital in Berwyn, where she was later pronounced dead.
