When two horses became trapped in Palmdale, local firefighters were forced to use power tools to break open their trailer. This incident occurred yesterday, around 65 miles from downtown Los Angeles, where two vehicles had just collided in Antelope Valley. According to Los Angeles County fire dispatcher, the crash was reported at a site located west from Little Rock Wash of Palmdale. The accident injured one person.
Also affected by the accident were the horses, who became trapped in a trailer connected to one of the vehicles. Firefighters sedated the two horses in order to properly free them from the wreck. The horses were revived without a problem and were doing fine after the accident.
