Jorden Fred Deltoro, 25, would need a top accident lawyer’s service following his arrest for assaulting a police officer with a vehicle in Phoenix, Arizona, on Wednesday evening, June 3rd. The man is facing multiple charges, including aggravated assault on an officer, and unlawful flight from law enforcement.

The suspect is also facing aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and multiple drug charges. Documents obtained from a Phoenix court disclosed that the events leading to Deltoro’s arrest started near Thomas Road and 51st Avenue around 6:50 p.m.

The Phoenix Police Department said that the suspect was arguing with another person he had pointed a gun at. Afterward, the man entered a red Lexus to leave the area, and an officer in a Tahoe happened to drive by at that moment. The assaulted victim stopped the police vehicle and pointed at Deltoro’s car.

The female officer activated the light of the Tahoe and tried to block the suspect from leaving. The man accelerated at a rapid speed towards the woman who slammed on her brakes to avoid a possible collision. Deltoro then fled the scene, and another PPD officer chased after him.

The man drove north on 57th Avenue, and threw out the handgun, before stopping at an apartment complex. Officers caught the suspect and took him into custody. There is currently no information on his bail bond.

Those involved in vehicular assaults should hire a top accident lawyer for legal advice and representation.
