At about 3 a.m. on Thursday, September 17th, a man died in a hit-and-run accident in Phoenix, Arizona. The Phoenix Police Department identified the victim as Dustin Terbenson, 33.

The police stated in the accident report that the crash happened near 16th Street and Campbell Avenue. Sgt. Ann Justus said that Terbenson was crossing the street when a car struck and killed him.

The driver failed to stop at the scene and help the victim, making the accident a hit-and-run. The man died at the scene, and the medics pronounced him. The police did not describe the suspect vehicle, and the driver remains at large.
