A multi-car accident on a freeway in San Fernando Valley is reported to have injured seven, five of which were injured seriously. According to Los Angeles Fire Department, the accident included up to six cars on Independence Day morning. The car accident occurred between Interstate 405 and Highway 101, where a car is reported to have overturned, trapping one individual. Several injuries were reported, including 5 people who were transported to hospitals in serious conditions. Two others of the total 7 with injuries were taken to a local hospital with minor injuries.
