A sleeping baby was fortunately spared in a very dangerous accident in Simi Valley. After a car crashed, it rolled over and continued into a house, where the baby lay to rest in his living room. According to reports, the crash happened at the site of a home on Royal Avenue.
When the car penetrated into the home, the baby was sleeping on the floor, being watched by his mother who sat in the living room as well. The car injured the mom, requiring her to be taken to the hospital with leg injuries. Fortunately, a small length of space separated the car from the baby, who was merely nine-months-old and would have been at great danger.
Little information was provided regarding the cause of the crash itself, but the police have confirmed that drugs were not involved.
