Late Thursday evening, a speeding Infiniti coupe hit a parked car, killing one and seriously injuring three others in West Hollywood.
The high-speed rollover crash occurred near Stanley and Fountain avenues, with Sheriff’s deputies and Los Angeles County Fire arriving to the scene around 11.55pm.
A two-door Infiniti G35 was speeding westbound on Fountain Avenue when it struck a parked car. It then hit a light pole and a sidewall of a residential property, before it flipped over. A woman was thrown from the front seat of the Infiniti and died at the scene. Three others were taken to the hospital in a critical condition, but are now stable.
The streets surrounding the crash were closed for several hours to allow for investigation and cleanup, and authorities said they were investigating the crash as a possible DUI.
