Pamela R. Krasner Falls to Death in Central Peoria

A woman fell from a high-rise in Central Peoria and died from the injuries sustained in the fall. She was identified by the authorities as Pamela R. Krasner, 34. Autopsy results surrounding Krasner’s death arrived on Friday, September 25. These confirmed that she had died from the blunt force trauma injuries caused by the fall.

According to the details shared by the Peoria County Coroner’s Office, the incident itself occurred on Thursday, September 24. It happened in the morning and was reported to the authorities at around 10:43 a.m.

Pamela R. Krasner had apparently fallen down from the ninth floor of a high-rise. The exact address of the incident was confirmed as Sterling Towers located on the 2601 W. Reservoir Boulevard.

Once the first responders and law enforcement personnel arrived on the scene, they found Krasner non-responsive on the northern side of the building. She had no signs of life, so the paramedics gave over the cast to the Peoria Police Department on the spot. She was pronounced dead at around 11:00 a.m.

A number of social media posts have popped up surrounding the incident. The Facebook profile of Krasner contains posts asking for police help just before the fatal accident occurred. Many comments on social media point to the possibility of foul play.

Peoria Police Department and Peoria County Coroner’s Office continue to investigate the incident. The focus of the investigations, at this point, is to ascertain the manner of the fall. Subsequent accident reports may reveal if any foul play led to her fall and death.
